Established in 1979, the Rhode Island Council of Community Mental Health Organizations (RICCMHO) is a responsive resource comprised of private, non-profit community behavioral healthcare organizations in Rhode Island.

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Rhode Island Council of Community Mental Health Organizations is to promote a collaborative, coordinated system of high quality, comprehensive community-based mental health and substance abuse prevention and treatment services.

We are driven by the needs of the clients and communities our members serve, and accomplish our mission through collaboration, advocacy and training.
